This route was planned by komoot.
A slightly challenging tour on the EE route, I recommend taking the path on the south ridge which always has points to hold on to but much less than the East Ridge. The climb is constant and requires attention but nothing impossible, you will be rewarded with a stupendous view on Lake Garda
Too bad about the fog, challenging but very beautiful ridge route
We started at the "Ortello sentiero delle Crest" car park. There you can park on the left and right of the street. We followed the signage 287. There are fantastic views of Lake Garda along the way! After about 45 minutes the path forks. The alpine part continues on the right, the "normal" part on the left. Although this also requires some skill and you have to climb properly. With our dog, we then decided to take the bypass path to the "easy" route. However, the "easy" route should not be underestimated, as it also leads over hill and dale and has significant inclines. The view from the top is awesome! Then it was all back via the "easy" route. Alternative parking is approx. 300 m behind the above at "Ortello di Sopra". There follow the signs "Malga Valle". Access is from Sanico via the Via Saint Urban (gravel and concrete), which can be driven on with normal cars.
You can't get to the starting point with lowered or sports suspension! Tour was possible in April 22 without any problems.
