A wonderful hiking trail from the middle station to the valley station. The woodworm can also be admired, although it has suffered somewhat in recent years. On the way there is something for the children to learn about the mountain world and to solve a few puzzles. The puzzles are all solved at the respective next station.
New day, new attraction for the little one. Today we went to the Holzwurm hiking trail in Westendorf. A playful hike for all ages where you have to solve puzzles to receive a reward at the end at the Alpenrosenbahn valley station. Important: good footing is required and definitely not suitable for strollers. There are some sections where the descent is quite steep. But we mastered it well and were rewarded accordingly :-) When Little One is older, we'll enjoy the trail even more with him.
This time we took the Holzwurmweg with a detour due to a construction site. The detour was very well signposted.
