Departing from Orléans train station, this route crosses the city center, crosses the Pont de l'Europe, and joins the Loire à Vélo cycle route. The route largely follows the Loire embankment, which runs along the banks of the river.
This ride is all about nature. You pass through the Saint-Mesmin nature reserve, where many birds have made their home.
