Ortsee via Ronacherfels and Kleine Steinwand - Weissensee

The tour is from the Roth hiking guide. It's very beautiful and varied, with plenty of opportunities for swimming. Stops for refreshments along the way are possible, as long as it's not a day off. You can either take the ferry along the way or take it first and walk back!

Hike with a view of the lake and its wonderful colors. We made the return journey by boat, but of course it can also be done the other way round. So much nature, just my thing!

Beautiful hike along the lake shore through the forest. Sure-footedness and good shoes are important, as it sometimes goes up and down over roots and stones. But the way is doable. Children (7, 10) liked it up to the Ronacherfels. Then it goes over a wide path past meadows and later over the road past houses. That was the end of the children's fun. We parked in Techendorf and took the boat. You can also park on the east bank and take a boat trip at the end or at the beginning.

One. wonderful hike for families with children. We went back from the Dolomitenblick landing stage by boat to the Ronacherfels.

Weissensee, I took the boat from Techendorf to the Dolomitenblick. Then along the lake via Ronacherfels (I can also highly recommend this is a great restaurant) to Neusach. From there with the adventure pass (you get it in the hotel) to Techendorf, then hiked along the waterfront back to Oberdorf. Was really fun again. 🚶

Pack your swimming trunks, take your little sister… .🎶 We parked in a public parking lot in Neusach (hardly any available) From then on it was long since the lake into the forest. You can get to the beautiful turquoise and warm water in many places. At some point there will be a sign saying: from here only for experienced hikers ... you should listen to it But we knew everything and were well prepared! There was a lookout point from which you could jump into the water (5m). My daughter did this of course! This is the picture where you can see the water splash (I don't put anyone online in swimwear). We drank coffee and ate cake at the dolomites landing stage. Then we went back by ship. Today we took the boat from Techendorf to Ortsee. (Unfortunately, the pictures were only attached at the end). We went back via the lakeside path to Neusach. Unfortunately it started to rain and thunder on the way, so we decided to take the bus for the rest of the way. (From here it would have been along the street anyway).

Today a little hike at the Weissensee in Carinthia. The lake already has a Caribbean flair with its turquoise water 🏝 and its white beach 🏖. And then these mountains 🏞 all around, just gorgeous.
