Unterwegs mit Katja🤗
June 1, 2024, Deichradweg – Fähre Schnackenburg-Lanz Runde von Cumlosen

One of the most beautiful routes 😁highly recommended. Pure natural scenery. We saw lots of animals. Storks, red kites, sheep, cattle, huge lovebirds, it was beautiful. We stopped at a snack bar halfway through.😋 Have fun driving.

Small tour near Wittenberge. From the harbor, always on/on the dike to Lütgenwisch. The motorway construction site was passable. The dike renovation could be avoided locally. Cafe Jaap in Lütgenwisch: delicious cake! Absolutely recommended. Then take the ferry to the other side of the Elbe. Schmackenburg is pretty. Take a little time, even if you just had coffee and cake. Through the Elbe hinterland on the Aland back towards Wittenberge. In some places you drive behind dikes without much of a view. The Wittenberge railway bridge was unfortunately closed. Very stupid. Then I drove over the car bridge. Only recommended for those who really have to go to Wittenberge. Information about the closure and the cycle path along the Elbe in general can be found on Elbradweg.de Regarding the bridge: https://www.elberadweg.de/news-service/aktuelle-informationen-und-news/news/sperrung-an-der-eisenbahnbruecke-wittenberge/

Been to three states today. Does not happen often. Unfortunately, I had to throw on rain gear in the Prignitz. ☔

The Elbe on the former inner-German border is just great for me. Pure relaxation.

Borderland tour through 3 federal states. With a fantastic, secluded and natural path along the Elbe floodplains between Schnackenburg and Wahrenberg https://dieprignitz.de/grenzlandtour

I did the bike tour using the Lauschtour app and wanted to follow the recommended route. The bike path from Wanzer to Geestgottberg is closed due to reconstruction. Poorly described and signposted. The route over the railway bridge south of Wittenberge is also closed due to reconstruction. Until 2026
