You can also run beautiful tours several times. Always a pleasure, the Hirschbachtal. https://www.vgn.de/wandern/stueck_himmel/
𝘌𝘪𝘯 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘦𝘤𝘬 𝘷𝘰𝘮 𝘏𝘪𝘮𝘮𝘦𝘭 A varied hike from Etzelwang to Vorra, for which surefootedness and some basic fitness is required not only today in the damp, cold weather. As if to get warm, the route is initially fairly relaxed via the DAV hut to Neutras and then on the green line to the commune mountain near Neutras. From then on it’s beautiful, pathetic and rooted. Over the Mittagsberg (wasn't that spectacular now) the forest path winds through mossy rock groups to the "Rutschn" (it's not called that for nothing - you need a bit of chic and smart shoes to descend and climb the further leads to the viewing point "Heaven". My highlight 🤩 today. On Komoot it looked like a beautiful path below the sky - but we immediately discarded the idea and are well behaved on the 2 (cave path Hirschbachtal) further over the Cäciliengrotte (do not enter, since bat 🦇 hibernation) to Hirschbach and via snake spruce / wind hole to Artelshofen to meet us at the "Pechwirt" to warm up. From there it is only 20 minutes to Vorra to the train station. There is no smoother way to go hiking with the VGN. The RB runs every hour. Other highlights Linsental Reichental / - Hell It was nice - lots of forest and root paths, rocks and quiet valleys, exactly my taste https://www.vgn.de/wandern/stueck_himmel/
“A piece of heaven” one of my favorite VGN hikes, which I pretty much cursed last week. First the 8.5 kg of equipment in my backpack (never again with a tripod), then my Nikon, which hung around my neck like a rock (clip forgotten), my concentration (nonexistent), the constantly changing light, the gusty wind 💨. Forgot to turn down the ISO, sky burned out...a 🤯🤬 Afterwards, the aching back and burning thighs are forgotten. Almost. Still my favorite tour. Hirschbachtal 🫶🏻
