AMAZING VIEWS///of the Adige Valley After the small tour of discovery yesterday in the vicinity, today we went on the first real trip together with León! The path led us through the Adige Valley, along a long & very steep pass road up to Mölten to cycle from the town on this high plateau over many ramps and fast descents to Hafling - by the way, the world-famous Haflinger horses come from Hafling 🐴 León & I parted ways there. I turned onto the rapid descent, which unfortunately also passed quickly, as top speeds of up to 75km/h were reached, then just back! I can highly recommend the route, after all there are few cars on the roads and it's a lot of fun 👌 What makes the circuit unique, however, is that it is suitable for many different cyclists: Mountaineers get their money's worth on the road to Mölten with over 1000 vertical meters in one go & the numerous steep ramps ⛰ Descents with tunnels where record values can be achieved await the real racers 💨 Connoisseurs can get enthusiastic about the flat path along the Etsch, magnificent views of the valley and breathtaking mountain landscapes as well as delicious restaurants & cafés right on the route ☕️🍰🏞 And MTB riders can also look forward to a few trails ⚙️ – I can really recommend it to many & would strongly advise descendants… However, a certain level of fitness is not bad so that you don't stop on the ascent! 🚲👌 Thanks to @León for joining us!

Hello dears ✌️, On our last day of vacation here in Terlano, we chose a slightly shorter route right outside the front door 😇. Originally, Daniel had planned the lap counterclockwise, but we decided together to do the lap the other way around, because otherwise our thighs would have burst on the climb after less than 1km of rolling 💥. So we had a warm-up phase of about 15 km 😁 . And so it went shortly after 10 a.m. on the 🐏🐏🐏 towards Meran. Unfortunately, we made a mistake on the way there and took the road instead of the river bike path 😶. But somehow we got through there. East of Meran we went straight up the hill and it was really tough 🥵. In addition to tons of 🛻🚚🚙🏍🚌🏍🚍🚗 at the beginning, the incline hit us hard. At first as a group of 3, but then you tried to find your own rhythm on the ⛰️, because the approx. 8-9% were unfortunately not as comfortable to drive as yesterday's 1st pass (Mendelpass). . After about 10 km finally arrived in Hafling, there was something for the figure first 🥤🍫, before it continued slightly wavy towards Schaneid. In Schaneid we met Thilo on ☕️ & 🍰. Thilo comes from Glashütte and Daniel already knew him. I didn't know him yet, but I can say that he's also a really sporty and very nice comrade-in-arms... 😇. I wish you a nice road bike holiday here. . Shortly thereafter, we went into a beautiful descent ❤️ down to Terlano. Again and again we used a few spots to take some dynamic shots 📸 of us. The descent was just fantastic to drive 🥰 and it was a pity that it had to end at some point. . At the end we went back to our regulars' table café, because this was our last day of vacation together in 3 people 😪. At this point I would like to thank Daniel for the planning and idea, which primarily rested on his shoulders. I would also like to thank Daniel and Steffen for the time together, the fun, the suffering, the sweat, and the slipstream work (because pulling a field on the straight is unfortunately not my strength) and and and 🥰. A huge thank you also to Steffen for the work on the video editing desk. Whatever came out of it was just mega and will accompany us for a long time 🥰. It really made me 🐏 and it's a nice feeling, after my long break 😔, to finally be able to really go crazy again 😵‍💫. Even if I cleared the 🌃 one or the other 🌲🌳🌲 🪓, I ask you to forgive me... 😐. Day 6 ️⃣ on 🇮🇹 vacation and unfortunately already the last day for three, because Steffen Pech is going home again tomorrow and Albi K. + I are going on to Sexten!! 😊 ⚠️Video from today ➡️ https://youtu.be/YFmKAVZOS28 ⚠️ THANKS to the director Steffen!! 👌🏻 Today we pulled the “Panorama Road” towards Mölten out of the drawer and we were faced with a choice… either anti-clockwise and straight up the steep climb, or clockwise and warm up a bit first… 🤷🏻‍♂️ since I had seen that Thilo 68 is also in the area, we exchanged ideas briefly and as luck would have it, he planned to drive exactly this lap anti-clockwise with start/finish in Hafling and there our tendency was exactly for the other direction, we arranged to meet on a ☕️ in Mölten... 😊 The approach to the climb from Sinich didn't go so well today, but I have to take that into my 🧢 when planning... a lot of roads and little bike path, no idea where my thoughts were when planning... although... yes, I know … #️⃣🥭girl When we were finally on the climb, however, we still didn't really rest, because there was still quite a lot of traffic... luckily it calmed down more and more, even if one or the other overtaking maneuver was already very borderline, but that's how it is it's just here... 🤷🏻‍♂️ Albi K. really had "Bauer" in his 🦵🏻🦵🏻 today and started like them 🚒!! but admittedly, in the last few days he often got moldy in the slipstream, got bored and bored in the 👃🏻or pedaled on one leg... 😜 I stayed with Steffen and so we cranked up the long climb together!! 😊 in Hafling our top driver was waiting for us... short break and filling up and off to the 🐏!! 👍🏻 Thilo was already in Mölten, from which we were still 14 km away... so put a little pressure on the ⛓️ and since he came towards us a bit, we then go to Schlaneid ☕️ + 🍰!! 😊 nice that it worked out with the meeting!! 😊 We then only had one really 🐮le descent back to Terlan ahead of us and we used the "Panama" again for one or the other video... 😊 I drove part of the descent up again to jet down the serpentines again... me gonna miss it!! whereby... in the 2nd part of the holiday we will also do one or two rounds... 😊 Steffen Pech ➡️ Thank you for the days together, the beautiful tours and the fun we had and the time and effort you put into the videos after our tours!! 😊 I would be very happy if it might work out again next year with a vacation together and if Albi K. has a 🥚phone ➕ Garmin by then, this will be mandatory for a men's vacation together from 2024, then he might be allowed to come again !! 😜 it was nice with you guys!! 😊

The ascent from Terlano to Mölten is tough. At the top there is a wonderful view of the Adige Valley and Meran. Unfortunately, the road from Lana in the direction of the Gampenjoch is quite busy.
