Terlago Variant - 1710a

Discover the landscapes of the Valle dei Laghi with this varied and accessible loop, perfect if you want to cycle through woods, alpine lakes and little-frequented paths without tackling too long distances.

From Terlago, climb towards the Prada meadows along a series of forest roads and mule tracks, through countryside, farms and silent woods. The highest point offers a beautiful view of the surrounding environment, but it is the descent towards the Mez Pian area that puts your technique to the test, with steep sections and some tight hairpin bends to be tackled with caution.

After a short climb, you reach the idyllic Lago di Lamar, framed by thick woods. From here, you enter the Selva Faeda, a pleasant stretch with continuous ups and downs that accompanies you until you return to Terlago, through a final fun and never banal descent.

The starting point is located in via Degasperi, with free parking in front of the elementary school. Terlago can also be reached by extra-urban buses from Trento and Cadine (lines 206 and 230). The route is recommended from March to November.
