Wäller Tour Vom Teufelsberg zur Caaner Schweiz

A beautiful tour in glorious weather. From Nauort, we first hike into the fabulously beautiful Caaner Schweiz with its imposing cliffs. Then we head back past Nauort to Teufelsberg, which offers another beautiful view. Finally, we hike through the cooling forest back to Nauort. We then found a seat at the pizzeria "La Piazza," and the food was delicious.

Today we went to the Westerwald to Nauort again and from there via the Georoute towards Sayntal, further through seas of foxgloves and over the rock path from Caan. Then down into the always great Brexbachtal and up onto the 😈 mountain with its great view😊from there then via narrow and beautiful forest paths back to the starting point. Absolutely great tour😊

Today again in the Westerwald on the road with the best weather and lots of sunshine. From Nauort over the heights, down towards Sayntal and through Caaner Switzerland (super beautiful, sometimes extremely narrow path through the rocky slopes), up, through lush meadows initially back up to Caan. Here through the village (you can cope with that for a change 😊) and then deep down to the always beautiful Brexbachtal. From there over the Teufelsberg (was all alone today up there on the bench and with a great view far into the gorges of the Brexbachtal) up and through narrow and dreamy natural paths back to Nauort. Top tour and to be recommended👍

Today, a different direction: It should actually be called "From the Caaner Schweiz to the Teufelsberg".

A very beautiful Wäller tour with a large portion of trails! I took the trail option for the last few meters. An absolute must for hikers!

Once again, I headed to the Westerwald, this time (see my Tour 75 loop around Bendorf-Brexbachtal), following the Georoute from Nauort down into the Brexbachtal via Caan to Caaner Schweiz, and then back to the starting point over mostly open terrain (fields). In short: The first half is generally more fun; in the second half, with a few exceptions, only the "Caaner Schweiz" section is very beautiful...in between, there's more asphalt, wider forestry paths, or open field paths with no highlights!

Although this was my first Wällertour that I simply hiked, there is already a nice collection. It also includes my tours that contain larger parts of Wällertouren.
