Today we were out and about in the eastern Westerwald for the first time, where we hiked the Wäller Tour Brachbach Mine Hiking Trail. A wonderful circular trail with many information panels about mining in and around Brachbach. Unfortunately, the trail profile offers few narrow paths, but many wide gravel roads, which was very pleasant in rainy weather like today.
Parking spaces in the middle of town. There should be a few more benches along the route, especially on the steep sections.
