A beautiful circular tour near Brilon in the Sauerland region. After about a third of the way through, we realized we were going in the wrong direction, but it wasn't a big deal. Beautiful panoramic tour. Recorded with Garmin, ride time 4.5 hours.
The route along the road can easily be simplified by taking a forest path.
Start and finish at the Trailground Brilon car park. Varied and scenically outstanding. First we went to the Hohen Eimberg. Then the trail fun began. Later we reached the Diemelsee, before going back to Brilon via Hoppecke, an old dynamite factory (Lost Places).
A great tour, the caption must of course be called Bruchhausersteine. Above Elleringhausen we unfortunately lost the route and unfortunately ended up in the village. Then we drove the country road from Elleringhausen to the parking lot at the Feuichee and got back on the 33. The signs have suffered a lot from the forest work and are sometimes rather poor.
Insanely beautiful tour. I had to push a bit in three places because the mountain was just too steep and slippery. At the top of the Ginsterkopf, the Briloner Kammweg is probably the most pristine, rocky and wild. The descent there on rocks steeply downhill is a highlight. But also not for mountain bikers who are squeamish.
