Beautiful circular tour. Starts at the harbor in Lemvig. You can choose where you want to start and which direction you want to go. Well signposted.
Blue skies and fresh wind invited cycling today. Mainly following the panoramic route, we first went “through the villages” to Bonnet. https://www.visitnordvestkysten.de/nordvestkysten/planen/der-panorama-radweg-himmel-meer-und-kunst-44-km-gdk1084531 By cycling away from the usual routes you can get an insight into the normal life of the Danes. The tour then takes us to the coast near Trans with its beautiful, small, simple church right on the cliffs. The church of Trans is now located less than 100 meters from the North Sea, immediately north of the last Ice Age main residence line. It is estimated that around 1 meter of shoreline has disappeared each year in the past, so the shoreline may have been around 1 kilometer further west when the church was built in the 12th century. The current church is not the first on the site. During the restoration of the church 25 years ago, traces of at least 2 older wooden churches were found under the church floor. We continued past Bovbjerg Fyr and Sø to the Limfjord and "our" Gjeller Sø right on the doorstep.
