The water plays a major role on this 30 kilometer bike tour: You cycle past idyllic lakes, bubbling springs and refreshing fountains. The perfect tour for a warm summer day, especially since a large part of the way leads through a shady forest. It starts at the outskirts of Haundorf.
It doesn't take long before you come to the Haundorf pond. On a dam you drive between the large pond on the left and three small waters on the right. Shortly afterwards you will reach the Eichenberger pond, which belongs to the Mühlbach pond chain. Get off the saddle, take a relaxing break on the shores of the lake and enjoy the beautiful nature around the water.
It continues through the towns of Gräfensteinberg, Eichenberg and Stixenhof. Shortly before Obererlbach you turn left and cycle into the dense forest. You can take a short break at the Goldbrünnlein and refresh yourself in the cool spring water. The path continues through the forest until you reach your starting point in Haundorf. There you will find some places to stop for a drink to end your tour.
