This route (ANWB/VisitLimburg) is also worthwhile. A little less long than the "Zuidroute" but certainly no less beautiful. If you're in Limburg, then definitely drive this route.
At St. Gerlach you can no longer cross the Geul. The bridge was washed away in the 2021 flood. You can cross the Geul via the Onderstestraat, a little further behind St. Gerlach.
