This route was planned by komoot.
After a serious health setback this week, but then finding my feet again, I took advantage of the weather today and headed up to the alpine pasture, guided by my heart rate. My heart rate was between 110 and 135, man, I was chilling on the trail, yet it was still so exhausting. You get older and more vulnerable...
Spontaneous is always best. Although a few clouds slid in front of the evening sun in the otherwise starry sky, it didn't spoil the atmosphere. A pleasant, light breeze allowed us to relax up there long after sunset, enjoying the peace and quiet and the view. Magnificent
