Today we drove to Mittenwald to see the Lainbachtal Waterfall. A few years ago, we visited Lautensee and Ferchensee, but on a different tour, without the waterfall. Just another sightseeing tour through Mittenwald, starting from the parking lot by the train station. We've been there several times in recent years, both summer and winter. It's rare to find such a wonderful town center. Lüftl paintings on the houses everywhere. You don't know where to look first. We were then amazed by the Leinbachtal Valley with its small and large waterfalls and how easy they are to reach, even in temperatures approaching 30 degrees Celsius. No problem for young and old. You can constantly see the imposing Karwendel Mountains opposite the Wetterstei Mountains. There are also refreshments available at the lake. And of course, in Mittenwald as well.
Staff outing to Mittenwald - after a hearty lunch break we continued to Lautersee.
Today we took the bus 🚌 to Lake Lautersee. Walk around the lake and back through the Laintal
Just a little hike today - too hot! The goal was the Lautersee and the attempt to find hiking trails with shade. A small forest hiking trail runs parallel to the main paths - beautiful. This ends at Lautersee, where we first enjoyed a small breakfast and then back via the Laintal. I can really only recommend taking the Launtal in this direction. The Laintal is great, but starting from the bottom ? 😱
Yes, you can get out again, it's quite warm, you have to get up early, be ready by noon, Jörg you and your friends have a good time, Siggi
Incoming tour ... right at the beginning with a reward and with wonderful views of the Karwendel Mountains
With rather mixed 🌥 weather we went to the Lautersee today on well-known paths. The lake is beautiful 🤩 to look at in every season. I'm back via the Laintal, 🪵 Lainbach 🪨 waterfall.
