An easy hike on the well-developed forest path, a bit steep in parts, but manageable.
This morning it was very, very wet. The rain just wouldn't stop. It was supposed to improve around midday, so we took a chance and were rewarded with some incredibly delicious Kaiserschmarrn.
The Älpele is now a fully-grown alpine pasture. The surrounding nature and the entire route there are still as beautiful as ever. The peace and quiet up there in winter is heavenly 😇
