The name of this tour says it all. Right at the beginning, after leaving the paved road, I turned into the forest instead of riding on the forest path, and there I was able to enjoy a mix of small uphill and downhill sections. It's definitely great with an e-bike, too. In some places, the path was a bit overgrown, but it was all rideable. To my delight, there were also small jumps and banked turns. After the first fun part and a short cool-down, the hard work began. While it was still rideable at first, I kept pushing small sections. The reason: It was a steep climb, and loose rocks and washed-out paths made riding difficult. Here too... with an e-bike, another challenge and good training for uphill trails. ⚡️ A while and a few snacks later, I was finally at the top and could now look forward to the more fun part. For me, that meant trail riding at its finest. Almost 5 km of singletrack!! For me personally, everything was rideable. From the beginning, which was mostly wooded/earthy, it quickly became dry and rocky. You had to find the right line between the scree. I was grinning from ear to ear. After the trail, I descended a bit on gravel paths, passing an abandoned farm through a small valley below Monte Padenteddu with a stream. One last climb, then descended the other side, and then rode the trails from the start again from the other direction. I got onto the gravel path and the road early. I was out of breath and lost concentration. I was super happy with my ride and the high proportion of trails! Mission accomplished!
