Beautiful walk. The markings were all new and very visible. Walk from the Kanne canal via the Cannerbos over the Jeker to the Sint Pietersberg and back via the Albert Canal to Kanne. Various flowers and shrubs are in bloom and spring is already more ready. The birds are busy and the nest boxes are in use again. Only all paths are dusty and dry.
What a wonderful walk we had together. In Belgium and the Netherlands. Climbing and descending, Chateau Neercanne, Duivelsgrot, the Jezuïtenpad, the Wijngaardsberg, the river Jeker, we saw it all. Beautiful views that we could enjoy from a bench. And yes, the weather cooperated. Clear blue sky and no wind. It was great. A real recommendation, this route that I picked from Komoot. 🥾👍😎🙋♀️
Very pleasant walk between Belgium and Holland. Not too much asphalt. Bearable difference in altitude. Recommended.
Very nice route, you need good walking shoes, there is often a cm of mud
I walked this tour a lot slower than I normally would. The reason: there was so much to see that just walking along would be a waste. I took my time to stop at many places and take in the natural beauty. This tour is on my page again, but with the normal times, you were not allowed to stop anywhere.
Nice walk but be careful at the start...if the parking lot is full...it's not easy to find the markings.
A beautiful hike with a wide variety of landscapes and vegetation. A cultural discovery guaranteed (castle, vineyards, etc.) and a very accessible route! Ideally, it's a sunny day!
