"Italian flair in the midst of the hate mountains begin The hike begins at the playground, rest area and barbecue area on the eastern outskirts of Birnfeld (in the bend before leaving the town, go straight towards Bundorf and follow the street "An der Schäferei" past the last house). getting there It is only possible to get here by car. parking facilities There are enough car parking spaces available at the rest area. trip From the rest area, the tour initially leads along a meadow path up to the edge of the forest. From there it continues following the Haßbergtrauf in a south-easterly direction. There are always picturesque views of the gently rolling landscape. Finally, above Nassach there is a wonderful panoramic view over the "Tuscany of the Hassberge". A bit outside of the village, the tour finally leads back to Birnfeld via beautiful nature trails with wide views. The ancient "court linden tree" in front of the church offers the crowning finale of this adventure tour. Old agricultural equipment can be admired in the equipment museum in Nassach." https://www.hassberge-tourismus.de/detail/id=5fbbba09e272a26e58da21a0

It starts in Birnfeld near Stadtlauringen, right at the barbecue area. There is also a parking lot here. It goes uphill through the forest for about 1 km. From up here you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Haßberge. We continue downhill to Nassau, a small idyllic village. The route goes back through meadows and field paths to Birnfeld and then past the small chapel to the rest area.
