Small drive-in round for the next two days 🚴😊
Our guide showed us a SUPER tour. First a 1400 m ascent and then wonderful trails into the valley 🙂
Despite the many vertical meters, a pleasant mountain bike tour with a varied panorama and many variants on the downhill. https://youtu.be/hgneFb0CW-w Homepage: http://www.timeout-outdooractive.de/mountainbike/mtb-tour-motta-naluns-scuol-schweiz/
Biking in the Lower Engadine with Dani (guide) from the Hotel Villa Post in Vulpera, Oliver and Marcel. Dani took us on a great tour. Some with challenging trails 😱. Everyone coped brilliantly. Unfortunately, the weather and visibility were a little limited on the first half of the day 😉 and the temperature was correspondingly cool at 2500 m above sea level. But it got better with every hour and especially after every hut 😜.
Rarely climbed 1400hm so quickly - thanks to the sports shop and the 90nm drive. Just a nice tour and even the section from Ardez mostly on the main road is just beautiful with the views of the Inn. Of course, the piece is then also very easy to drive, after many a technically demanding trail that challenges you above Alp Laret. Yield: approx. 8 marmots, 3 deer ;)
Wonderful Mtb round, almost everything mobile. From Muot da l'om Supertrail to Alp Laret, trail fun afterwards with difficulty S2 to S1. Shortly before Alp Valmala, it is better to follow the little path on the left at a crossroads, otherwise the bike has to be pushed for a short time.
With lift support you can go to the Motta Naluns. Then we climb the Muot da I'Horn by bike. The gravel path has a pleasant gradient and it's actually time for me to climb up to Piz Clünas. At Muot da I'Horn we are rewarded with a great view. Packing a small snack is definitely worth it. The descent leads and then along a very easy trail to Alp Laret. If you don't like quiet, come here - this popular destination for many hikers is always well attended. We continue along a long freight road into the valley and enjoy the view. There were almost too many single trails for me, but as is typical for Switzerland, we were once again pleasantly surprised. Because towards the end we come to the built routes. Black is really black in Switzerland and we are happy about the technical parts. There are also a few detours back towards Scuol on hidden single trails, which round off this trip perfectly. Scuol will definitely see me again :)
Another day in paradise. Again the thermometer rose to over 20C. Today there were a lot of elevation gain 😍 Quickly take the gondola lift up to 2168m to the Motta Naluns mountain station, Scuol. Cycled further up to the reservoir. Spontaneously planned an extra lap via Champatsch with S2 single trails and back to the reservoir. Then continue via hiking trails, single trails to Muot da l’Hom (2509m), Alp Laret and lakes back to Scuol. It was a great day, Friday the 13th. -------------------------------------------------- Another day in paradise. Today, the thermometer rose over 20C/68F again. Today a lot of vertical meters could be done. The gondola helped a lot 😍 lifted me up to 2168m in a short time to the Station Motta Naluns, Scuol. Continued paddling up to the storage reservoir.
