End of work, sun, hiking boots – what more could you want? I start at Saalhöhe, where spring is truly awakening. The grass is glowing, the birds are singing their concerts, and the air smells of fresh earth (or maybe the manure from the neighboring farm? Whatever). The path winds through rolling hills, past fruit trees that are about to bloom, great rest areas, and fresh wild garlic. The Kienberg hiking trails are perfect for a short walk – not too steep, not too flat, just right for shaking off the day at the office. Then: the view. And what a view! I stand there, take a deep breath, and pretend I'm an experienced long-distance hiker who has just conquered a long route – even though it's maybe six kilometers. But whatever, today feels wonderful. On the way home, the setting sun peeks through the trees. A perfect ending. I briefly consider sitting down on a bench again and enjoying it a little longer – but no, the view is coming home with me. In my legs, in my nose, in my head. And tomorrow? Maybe again right away 🌞😉🥾🥾🌼🌸
