This epic mountain bike route between Lenzerheide, Arosa and Chur is described as the mother of all enduro tours. The almost 80 kilometers have everything your MTB heart desires: flowing meadow trails, technical stone blocks, idyllic mountain lakes and far-reaching summit panoramas. So that you can exert yourself on the descents, six cable car rides take the ascent meters off your hands. This way you stay fresh and master every curve.
The first downhill treat awaits you right at the start with the Great White Trail. Still in top form, you will definitely master the rocky and technical passages without any major difficulties. After the second cable car ride uphill, the Älplisee trail becomes flowier. On green meadows and soft ground, you ride past the two idyllic mountain lakes Älplisee and Schwellisee until the cable car takes you back up to the Hörnli Trail. This is an absolute highlight of the area, not very demanding and therefore all the more enjoyable.
After passing through the charming Arosa, the Weisshorn Trail becomes really spectacular again. From the summit, which is over 2,600 meters high, you ride 23 kilometers through alpine terrain, deep gorges, dense forests and charming mountain villages to the old town of Chur, wow!
You can recover from the breathtaking 2,000 meters of descent on the next train ride: It goes back up to Chur's local mountain, Brambrüesch, and from there on to Churwalden, where the last cable car ride is scheduled. A rooted forest trail challenges your skills once again at the end before you finish your unforgettable tour on the shores of Lake Heid in Lenzerheide.

In Churwalden, the train had unfortunately already closed. Then had to take the Postbus back to Lenzerheide.
The cable car tour around Chur had been on my wish list for a long time – and now the time had finally come. Together with three colleagues, we set off on this mountain bike adventure in perfect weather. We started with the Brambrüesch cable car, which took us directly from the Graubünden capital to the first peak. Our tour began from there – and the first trail immediately showed us what we were in for: top-class enduro trails. Technical, rough, and at the same time with flowing sections – this continued throughout the entire day. In total, we used eight cable cars and climbed just as many peaks. In between were endless singletrack, spectacular descents, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain landscape. At the end, the odometer showed around 100 kilometers and almost 7,000 meters of vertical drop. Exhausted hands, burning legs, but a satisfied smile on our faces: This tour is an absolute highlight and definitely won't be the last time it's on my list. Absolutely recommended!
