The start of today's rather short hike to the Höferspitze was at the "Gasthof Adler" bus stop in Hochkrummbach. The first section of the path up to the fork in the road "Hochalppass, Baad in the Kleiner Walsertal is an easy hiking trail 🙂 From the fork in the road, the blue and white marked ridge path begins over the "Höferkamm" to the Höferspitze. The path doesn't have any particularly difficult or exposed parts, but you should have a head for heights and be sure-footed 🙂. At the summit you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain peaks such as Widderstein, Hoher Ifen, Hochkünzel, Biberkopf, Braunarl, etc. Today the descent path is like the ascent path.🤣 It was a wonderful, quiet hike away from the hustle and bustle 👍🙂🥾 I was alone at the summit during my break👍👍👍💚
At the Hochtannbergpass bus stop we take the left path up the mountain. Passing marmots, we keep to the left as we turn right to Baad in the Kleinwalsertal. A little later the beautiful long ridge begins up to the summit. The view is awesome!!! Alternatively, you could enrich the way back with the Widderstein Hütte. This tightrope walk is a great experience. Have lots of fun with it!!!
