Hike from the Schönfeld-Hochalm through the Kremstal up to the Rosaninsee (2057m). In tight switchbacks to the Königstuhlscharte and then a steep ascent to the summit of the Grosser Königstuhl. The tour led back on the Kärntner Grenzweg via Friesenhöhe, the Seenock, the Sauereggnock and the Stubennock to the Dr. Josef Mehrl-Hütte.

The Nockberge are unwooded and often underestimated. A completely different mountain world, if I start from the Tauern. If you don't like it so high - the Rosanintal with the meandering river course and the Rosaninsee are also worth a visit. I can only recommend the Eßl-Alm for a stop with its natural products.
