One of the most beautiful bike tours in the Hohe Salve region begins at the Wasserfeld car park in Hopfgarten. From here you make your way towards the town centre. The town centre offers numerous opportunities to stock up on provisions and equipment before heading uphill from the valley station.
The reservoirs in the Kitzbühel Alps, which conjure up snow on the slopes in winter, turn into jewels for cyclists in summer. This tour leads past three smaller reservoirs that invite you to cool off and refresh yourself.
The descent takes you to numerous vantage points with a view of the Brixental. You ride back towards the valley on mostly perfectly prepared mountain bike trails. You can tackle the numerous curves with ease and make your alpine biker's heart beat faster. Surrounded by a fantastic mountain panorama, a fun motor skills park in the municipality of Itter awaits you towards the end. Here you can use up your last energy reserves and then continue your journey to the starting point.
