Beautiful bike ride along the many safe bike paths and routes in and around Ghent. You cycle along various parks, green areas and with the icing on the cake: the Gentbrugse meersen.
On the car-free Sunday, a cycling route was mapped out "Ghent crazy about the bicycle". Together with friend Jan decided to cycle it together during the week. Very surprisingly beautiful cycle route in a loop criss-cross through Ghent, departing from the Ghent Sint-Pieters station. Discovered many new bicycle paths, bicycle bridges, bicycle streets. The route introduces you to the center of Ghent and also to the surrounding nature reserves. The old and new port area near Gent Dampoort was also a hit for cycling around. This cycling route is highly recommended for those who want to discover Ghent by bike!!!
