Wine cycle route Giro del Vino 50

The circular tour starts right on the national and language border with neighboring Trentino: in Salurn, the last town in South Tyrol, where the Etsch cycle route also goes directly into Trentino and where Italian forms a symbiosis with the South Tyrolean dialect. From here you cycle on flat cycle paths along the Etsch south to Lavis.

Now a crisp climb begins above the valley. You reach Faedo through picturesque vineyards and beautiful forests. From up here and on the way here you always have unforgettable views of the Adige Valley with its extensive wine-growing areas.

A steep descent then takes you back into the valley to San Michele. But the tour isn't over yet, because the route takes you again along the Etsch, but this time to the north.

You drive to Salurn on a pleasantly flat route and always along the river. Here you cross the Adige and finally make your way back. This takes you past beautiful vineyards and orchards back to the starting point in Salurn.
