Very nice walk in the Fagnes and in the woods.❤️🧡💛💚
We start at the Bérinzenne domain and immediately head for the lookout tower. The rain has stopped and luckily it is clearing up a bit. We make a loop through the fagne de Malchamps and follow the GR5 towards Spa. A few forest paths take us to the promenade de Dolez and Pouhon Delcor. From here the path becomes adventurous, especially when we cross the street. The Promenade des Artistes is a picturesque walking path through the Picherotte valley. It is therefore very busy. Each bridge is named after an artist. At the end we choose a rising gravel road, and further on a stretch of street. Until we can descend again along water. This time the Berenzen, along the promenade of der Bruch. This path is a bit more wild, but also very nice. Another stretch of asphalt to the Barisart source. We are not immediately fans of the water, but we are fans of the path that starts here, along the Géronstère, or Meyerbeer promenade. A beautiful rocky path that meanders along the white water, occasionally with bridges and a plank. We reach the Géronstère spring, which is dry due to a technical problem. It is not thirsty and there is only one and a half km of forest path left to the start. Wonderful, varied walk!
