Hiking in the Eastern Algarve Barranco do Velho (a mountain village). At this time of year, nature is overwhelming. We didn't meet anyone the whole way. Today it's between 25 and 30 degrees and there's a light breeze. We walked to a spring where apparently no one had been for a long time. On the way there, eucalyptus groves and peppermint at the spring smelled. A little piece of paradise. On the way back we had problems getting through a village, dogs made a huge spectacle. Thank God everyone was behind the walls of the houses and gardens.
