February 5, 2026, Ascona - Ronco s/Ascona Runde

A fantastic hike with views of Lake Maggiore and the snow-capped mountains. Up many steps to Monte Verità. Then a scenic path, dotted with benches, leads to the charming village of Ronco sopra Ascona. The return route follows almost the same path. Again, there are many (sometimes slippery) steps down to the lakeshore.
