Very tough walk, slowly but steeply uphill. Very beautiful viewpoints. Combination of vines and forests. Opportunity to rest with refreshments in the Landal Park at the highest point.
Moselle hike on partly adventurous paths in the vineyards with brilliant views.
Actually, a loop in the Moselle loop around Traben Trarbach was planned, but from the airport (parking lot) it was quite crowded and the path was hopeless and a bit boring through the forest. So we rescheduled at the height in the holiday village, and hiked on beautiful, panoramic paths through the vineyards down to the Moselle, there first on the Moselle cycle path and over the next bridge back to the other side through vineyards back to Traben Trarbach. So it became a tour with great views over the Moselle loop, vineyards and forest areas.
