This route was planned by komoot.
Beautiful excursion from Schilpario val di Scalve first ascent Campione refuge almost 2000 MT and then move on to the return from the Bagozza top refuge 711 MT in altitude
Let's challenge the weather So what's the problem if it rains a little... Just cover yourself so as not to get wet including your backpacks and off you go!! Beautiful day walking even in the snow... Lunch at the refuge in the heat and then finally the sun!! Hurray... P.s. we started out gropingly, the right path was the return one which connects to the letter B!! Have a nice excursion!!🌧🌞
Cold day, -8º at the parking lot. The normal up to the Campioncino was not drawn, especially given yesterday's snowfall. He sank down to the knee / waist but I managed 😂
Like every year, we can't miss the hike to the Madonnina dei Campelli and the arrival at the Campione refuge. This time, we're joined by our friends Elisa and Guido, who finally get to appreciate the winter wonders of this area despite the somewhat cloudy skies.
Car left in the paid car park (€5) Area 3. The intention was snowshoeing, but the snow was not suitable, it is advisable to have crampons with you, since in some areas there is ice. Quiet route, without great technical knowledge, just to be trained as the route is a bit long and with white snow it gives the feeling of never ending. A stop at the Cimon refuge is recommended and then continue towards the Madonnina dei Campello. From there another hour and a half walk to reach the Campione refuge via Passo dei Campelli. Evocative and pleasant route, surrounded by snow-capped mountains and trees. For the return followed the same road.
Intermediate excursion, requires a minimum level of training, no refreshment points along the route.
Five of us set out, but the group soon split up! We had a leisurely but enchanting ride, while the others, more daring and experienced, armed with crampons and ice axes, tackled the Canale del Lupo and conquered Cimon della Bagozza!! Congratulations!!!!! What a wonderful day!!!
Weather.... confirmed 👺, the place is always beautiful, few people around in the morning, perfect track and up to 20 m from the top without problems, then crampons for safety, we pass by the Rif Campione, and return, in the meantime a procession of people despite the weather, cutting board at the Rif Bagozza and then home. What can I say .....botep
