Very nice tour over a plateau and along the steep wall. A visual feast for the eyes!
Beautiful final hike along the edge of the Golfo. On the left the edge and dizzying heights and on the right the high plateau with pastureland that reminded us more of Ireland. 🔝 ❗️Make sure to start the tour early, as the Canarian fog rolls in at midday. In our case at 11 a.m. and visibility was impaired within a few minutes.
The section between the viewpoint of "Los Amigos de Pilar" and that of Jinama runs next to the cliff and crosses a multitude of private properties with no path other than the trail of the hikers who previously passed by, including destroyed separation walls between properties. In addition, it is the hardest section due to the unevenness...
Technically not a difficult tour. First over a plateau with many natural stone walls. Then back on a ridge. Here you should be sure-footed and not afraid of heights, or have your paraglider 😏 with you, it goes steeply down over 1200 m.
