The day got off to a great start at breakfast🥖: we saw our first green woodpecker🐦 live and in color in the garden during breakfast.🥳 The tour was completely to our liking; Flora and fauna provided many highlights.❣️ The NSG Orangezon (entrance €1.00 per person) is fantastic; right at the beginning there were a lot of deer 🦌 visible. Hilly pine forests🌲 and a beautiful dune landscape⛰️ alternated. And suddenly we took our breath away😱: branches crashed in the bushes right on the side of the path 🔊 and antlers opened up❗️ Approximately 50m away the first deer 🦌 padded across the path right in front of our noses. The second followed and stopped in the middle of the presentation plate 📷📷📷📷📷🤩. He eyed us, we eyed him. We have never seen a deer so close in the wild! Honestly, I had a really bad time!! Then we came to the endless sandy beach🏖 - a dream. Let's paint the last kilometers: asphalt path🪨 below and the long overdue rain⛈️ from above. We reached our car soaking wet. The weather became more and more beautiful after a cool morning, so start tour no. 💯💯💯💯💯 with Komoot and a hike over the ALOHA Beach with a small stop. On the way back we passed the entrance to the Oranjezon nature reserve. We thought about it briefly and took the opportunity to take a walk through this very beautiful landscape. There are various designated hiking routes that also allow longer hikes.
Because of the rain and strong wind, I put on my hiking boots today. I'm not a dedicated hiker, but hiking through here was a great experience.
