A beautiful loop connecting the highest points of the Jura: Le Reculet, Le Crêt de la Neige, and Le Grand Crêt. Breathtaking views of Lake Geneva and the Alps, with Mont Blanc clearly visible throughout the Crêts trail. A steep and technical climb through the forest at the beginning. Off-piste on a downhill mountain bike trail, just as technical on the way back... Beautiful weather, magnificent sky. 😎👌🏻
Be careful, the descent between behind Thoiry and the Place des Menues is quite steep and slippery (leaves, stones, roots) to be avoided in wet weather.
Superb hike, with magnificent points of view. But a good physical condition is recommended, as well as some practice of hiking, especially for the descent in the woods. Do not rely on the time taken, there was a bug. We are more on 3h30 of climbing, a big break of 1h30 easy, and 3 good hours of descent. To do for the bravest
