The circular hike to feel good starts at the parking lot of the Church of the Assumption of Mary in Gungolding. From here you walk gently uphill. On the way you can enjoy heavenly views of the Altmühltal. Relaxation benches invite you to linger for a moment and let everything take effect on you in peace.
But that is not all. There is so much more to discover on the wellness path. A barefoot path and balancing trunks stimulate your senses and wooden animals let your imagination fly. You can do that too with the giant sky swing. When you swing back and forth on it, you have the feeling of flying into the sky over the Altmühltal.
After about half of the hike you have reached the highest point. From here you hike comfortably, always slightly downhill, back to the starting point at the Church of the Assumption of Mary.
