This hike in the nature reserve initially follows the Baranco of the Rio de Manilva. We leave the Roman Baths of La Hedionda to our right and save them for the way back. After 1.5 km, the path through the Baranco runs through the riverbed; sometimes you can use a short section of a path on the right bank (in the direction of flow) (This section is T2, you sometimes need your hands). After another 500 meters, the path climbs up the left slope and you get great views into the gorge from above. After another 2 km, you reach the high plateau, where the path continues comfortably. The way back runs on good paths over the ridge path with beautiful views. Only the last section, where the Rio has to be crossed again, is a bit exposed. Across the meadow, you enter a narrow forest path that leads to the bridge and then to the Roman Baths of La Hedionda. A very varied hike, in terms of paths and the area.
