Certainly not for everyone. You are always under the sun. Nice difference in altitude. You have to bring water as there are no fountains on the trail. Be very careful when going down to the famous "Roccette" towards Lago di Pilato: exposed sections. You need to have a firm and sure step. In this section of Le Roccette, those who suffer from vertigo are better off not going down. The descent from Punta di Prato Pulito towards the Zilioli bivouac is also slightly treacherous. For the rest, a truly beautiful ride.
A fantastic route in the heart of the Sibillini Mountains. This loop is recommended for those with a good level of fitness and who aren't too prone to steep climbs. After the Zilioli refuge, on the way to Cima Prato Pulito, there's a fairly exposed section that's not suitable for everyone, but the breathtaking views along the entire ridge line are breathtaking. Highly recommended.
