Hike to the “Kingdom of Heaven” A hike on which no one will remain hungry or thirsty and where, thanks to the wonderful views, the eyes will also get their money's worth. The tour leads through the historic old town of Winnenden via Höfen to Bürg and to Winnenden's oldest and wonderfully panoramic vineyard, the Schloßberg. The wine trail continues through the forest, into the beautiful Himmelreich vineyard and finally back to the starting point.
Today I'm spontaneous after the rain jos. The tour was very nice and promising. The storm was pretty violent at times.
There are two wine hiking trails in Winnenden, I have already walked the first one, today it was the second one's turn. It looks really beautiful when the vineyards have put on their autumnal dress, the fog also contributed to the autumnal mood. I liked the WN1 better than the WN2, however, especially since the proportion of vineyards on the WN2 is rather small.
