This is a very pleasant easy hike mostly through gravel farm roads. Unfortunately the access along the river is not possible because it is all private property and they do not give right of way. Remember that Normandy's weather is very variable, so take some rain gear just in case.

From Jumièges you can walk along beautiful paths along the Seine and through fields and orchards. The ponds are not only used by anglers but also by hunters. Duck hunting is very popular in Normandy. You can see plastic ducks everywhere as bait. Luckily there weren't any around today, our dog doesn't like them at all. A lovely walk and once again fantastic weather
