GT - Tour of Lake Ledro Taken from the Garda Trentino website A very beautiful loop that largely follows a cycle/pedestrian path, passing through both wooded areas and lakeside stretches with several beaches or green meadows. The lake is suitable for swimming. There is only a short section that departs from the lake... in Mezzolago. This short section, at one point, passes along a panoramic trail well above the lake level. Free parking in the hamlet of Pur Info and details: https://www.gardatrentino.it/it/activity/giro-del-lago-di-ledro_8175
A relaxed hike with great temperatures, many places to stop for refreshments and wonderful bathing water.
Today is our last day at Lake Ledro. We went around the lake again to say goodbye and because the heavy rain last night resulted in very beautiful pictures, I just put them in again 😊
After yesterday's failure in Tremosine (not documented), today an easy ride around Lake Ledro. Start in Molina at the Museum of Pile Dwellings and then go counter-clockwise around the lake because there isn't that much shade on that side. In Mezzo Lago you should take a little time for the pretty murals and information boards. Cottages almost halfway from the campsite in Pieve. Then it's first shady along the shore through the beech forest. Shortly before Pur it gets a little sunnier again until you get to the dog beach. In my opinion one of the most beautiful in the area with lots of greenery and really wide. Bathing shoes for masters/mistresses are definitely recommended ;). The last stretch to Molina is on the road, but it's not that bad because there's not much traffic. All in all a relaxed round and the four-legged friend definitely got his money's worth :)))
Great circuit around the mountain lake, also doable by mountain bike
Tour of Lake Ledro (Mountain Friends Group)
Nice and easy hike around Lake Ledro. Easy to reach from Riva de Garda. On paved paths, partly cycle paths. Not overcrowded in the off-season. Wonderful views from all sides of the lake. Starting point for hikes in the surrounding mountains, some of which come close to 2000m.
