A wonderful day for cycling. The partial route Wildeshauser Geest is really recommended. The city character of Oldenburg, rivers and canals and a very beautiful landscape invite you to relax. A lot of cyclists probably had this idea, because the route was very busy. Water sports enthusiasts were particularly active on the Hunter. All round a successful day.
In beautiful October weather, we set off from the youth hostel in Oldenburg on a circular route by bike. ☕️ Took a coffee break in the garden at a Melkhus (last day of the season, October 3rd). Then we went back to the youth hostel along the Hunte. Beautiful route.

Hop on the saddle and follow the numbers: In and around Oldenburg, the new junction system shows you the way. Create your own cycling route based on numbered points and follow the signs from place to place.
