Circular tour starting from La Spezia. First part in the hinterland of the Cinque Terre park. Second part with a coastal route facing the sea. There are 4 climbs ranging from about 3 to 6 km, the rest of the route with ups and downs. You go from internal wooded landscapes to steep coastal ones towards the sea rich in terraces cultivated with vineyards. The care with which the Cinque Terra Park is preserved is striking, where nature and man coexist in symbiosis.
If you go up, you have to come down again. Today in the best cycling weather, a tour with the motto not far but often up and down, no, without kidding, it couldn't be any other way here 🤣 if you want to see the 5 villages of the Cinque Terre you have to go up and around a bit 😅 everything else beautiful places and the ways to get there with very little traffic and all very considerate with lots of distance.
