Today, just a short walk around the Saint-Laurent peninsula. The parking lot (which is free) is right next to the old church, and thus starts with a beautiful view of the church, island, and lighthouse. There's also a supermarket and a restroom at the parking lot. The lighthouse accompanies us the entire way, constantly enhancing the ever-changing views of the sea. The short path through the village along the main street isn't quite as scenic, but leads past a boulangerie and, a little further toward the church, another patisserie with fresh, delicious baguettes, cookie brownies, and donuts—the perfect snack. Highly recommended. The following hiking trail is located between two houses and is easy to miss. Then we continue onto the GR 34 with stunning views of the peninsula, and the lighthouse also accompanies us further on. A short but beautiful hike. It's worth following along.
