Lovely evening walk for summer solstice 🌞 seems to be my ritual now to spend it at the beach! Never been to this beach before, really nice pubs and beach. The National Trust woodland site looks nice as well. Ignore all the trail view photos😅 but dont forget that if you take photos of the trail it helps other people to see what the terrain is like 🙂
The second walk of our holiday saw us exploring lovely little Amroth, the walk started at the big car park behind Smugglers cafe, we decided to have a cheeky sausage butty in there before we set off. Straight into it, a steep climb up a load of steps to the coast path at the top, it was certainly a leg warmer! Great views on the climb up of Wiseman's Bridge, lovely wild flowers lined the track before we headed down to Wiseman's Bridge. We took a slight detour to visit Stepaside's Iron Works, we were here last year and were impressed with the former works then. Another shorter climb brought us out near to the Colby Wooded Gardens, we didn't actually go into the paid gardens, but walked alongside, it looks a lovely place to visit. We debriefed at the Amroth Arms, a pint and a locally caught crab butty 🍺🦀👌🏻
