With its mystical landscape, characterized by over 40 different types of moor, the Valkmusa National Park invites you to surrender to the peace and quiet of nature. You can visit it all year round and marvel at its diverse flora and fauna, but spring is certainly the busiest time. Because then there are a variety of bird and butterfly species on the move.
On this tour we will send you across the western oasis of Valkmusa National Park. The name "western oasis" is due to the ombrotrophic moors that live on rainwater alone. Starting from the "Simonsaari" car park, follow the path through the wild and romantic area. You will also pass a lookout tower from which you can admire the impressive moors.
