This route was planned by komoot.
In the interior part we found paths closed with chains, greenhouses and a lot of rubbish. In the end it was almost all road. It was not worth it. The coastal part was very pretty, although we got off the bike on a small stretch of path.
The round tour starts at sea level at the salt pans. Unfortunately the flamingos were too far away for a photo. Then it went up to the Faro on a good road. As a reward there was a wonderful view. After the Vela Blanca viewpoint, the slope becomes a bit rough, and it goes down to the beach of Playa de Monsul. Later the way gets better and you roll to San Jose with refreshment stops. Return on the country road through endless rows of greenhouses.
Whoever comes to this national park (NP) AND wants to do a bike tour: This IS the round that you MUST do - there's no other way to put it! 😍☝🏻👌🏻 It was (in my case) only to bridge the distance with the first 15 km until you get back to the NP (a little exciting road stage)... but what followed then was just "wow " 😮👌🏻 - a coastal panorama route at its finest, on (initially) little-used paved roads and then on gravel paths, which offered one awesome sight after the other. I hope the pictures speak for themselves. I'm totally thrilled - and SO glad that I - wg. my recent mishap - was able to complete this spectacular tour ☝🏻🤩😁 This was definitely another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ round
