La Dent de Crolles, the Sunday family hike. 👇 Departure from the Col du Coq car park (1434 m) ➡️ The Col des Ayes (1538 m) ➡️ Pas de l'œille (1960 m) ➡️ Dent de Crolles (2062 m) ➡️ Return via the Glaz hole (1697 m) ➡️ The Col des Ayes ➡️ Parking * Plan to arrive before 10 a.m. at the car park to have space * Tour to do in this precise direction: RAS for the ascent; The descent is much easier with the help of the cables. ++ Provide a frontal to visit the Glaz hole a bit
Too bad about the view! But we came across chamois, marmots and a flock of 1000 sheep, patous and a very friendly shepherdess who explained her activity and the problems with the wolves. Despite this lack of sun, the day was very pleasant as always in the mountains.
Technical hike to be avoided for children if they are not sporty and for adults with little or no mountain experience. Some passages with cables and air. Venture there while being well equipped...
