The start of this tour was about 6 km from our location and after we were navigated, komoot led us to the start of the recorder and I had to start the tour again, which is a shame, it could be solved differently. The tour then begins with a pass-like climb with beautiful views of the sea and Alghero. There was very little traffic on our Saturday tour and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet. We came to Villanova Monteleone through the hinterland, past a fountain with drinking water and a viewpoint. There you should turn left towards Sassari right at the start of the town, then you don't have to muddle through the town. With a wonderful descent through the hinterland, you unfortunately have to cycle the last 10 km back to Alghero on the busy SS127bis. The road surface is a bit rough but overall it is easy to ride and it was a nice tour.
